Lots has happened since I last got the chance to update the website. The two initial visits went really well and since those I have started working with a TV Production Company to make a series about the trip. Not only is this exciting it also means that more and more people will hear about British Sausages and the plight of UK Pig Farmers.
I have been delighted by the response from the Sausage Lovers of Britain with suggestions of sausage makers I should visit on my travels! I will try and get round as many of them as I can on the trip or, perhaps, on subsequent trips. British sausages (not the sort you pay 16p a packet for in a certain supermarket) are worth the journey and I hope you will continue to try out your local butchers and send me recommendations.
I should know more about the TV series in a few weeks and then I can firm up my itinerary for summer visits and publish details of some of the other events I have since got involved with.
