When I used to stay with my Nana at her house near Newmarket sausages for breakfast was a real treat. Little did I know then that years on I would be so involved with sausages and embarking on a trip around the UK visiting some of the finest butchers and sausage makers.
Musks recipe has not changed for over 100 years, it was good enough for King George the 5th and the same secret blend of spices and herbs is used today. Preserving traditional methods the sausages are hand linked and then dried. Recent innovations include a gluten free version which is incredibly popular and tastes very authentic.
