I am delighted to have been asked to get involved with the Pennoyer sausage. The Pennoyer school in Pulham St Mary in South Norfolk is in the process of being transformed from a redundant and run down village school into a new centre for the village. The building will soon be the venue for many events and it was felt that a sausage with links back to the history of the building would be fitting in a county where the sausage is so cherished.
